Gentle Monster Drops Collection of Nano-Sized Sunglasses
The micro-mini frames are presented in a surreal lookbook.
Gentle Monster is taking the tiny sunglasses trend to new heights. The Korean eyewear brand has dropped the “Nano” collection, a range of micro-mini frames that sit at the tip of the nose.
A surreal lookbook created by Russian artist collective AES+F showcases the fresh styles against a fantastical landscape complete with flying cats and winged dog-octopus morphs. The Nano G1 01 is a Wayfarer-like frame with gold rims and temples, while the Nano G2 02 boasts rimless, baby blue lenses. A flashier option, the Nano GF3 02 is built with oval, orange-tinted flip lenses and foldable silver temples. Similarly, the Nano GF2 032 features bright red flip lenses stamped with gold “G” logos.
