The North Face Wants You To Reach Higher With New Collection of Climbing Gear
Take a look at the brand’s “Mountain Athletics” collection.
The North Face has launched a collection of climbing-inspired clothing fit for the rock wall or the gym. Dubbed “Mountain Athletics,” the range includes cropped T-shirts, TNF-branded leggings and woven shorts.
Arriving in bold “Pop Purple,” sporty separates are constructed with moisture-wicking FlashDry technology. Logo piping adds detail down the side of bike shorts and pullover sweaters, while sweatpants feature color-blocked paneling at the knees. Pro climber Amisha Shiraishi models the new offerings in a lookbook spotlighting the athlete in her element. Shiraishi, a longtime advocate for women in climbing, hopes the collection will encourage diversity in the sport.
