UPDATE (June 25, 2021): After teasing us with his new single “LUMBERJACK” earlier this month, Tyler, The Creator has now dropped his sixth studio album, titled CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST.

The 16-track record is the follow-up to the Grammy award-winning LP IGOR, and continues the exploration of personal relationships through a more positive lens. Not only does Tyler reference his previous work on this album, with mentions of his alter-ego Wolf Haley, but in songs like “RISE!” and “MASSA,” he confronts the aspects of fame that come with his profession. Topping off the album is the host of guest appearances, featuring artists like Lil Uzi Vert, Pharrell Williams, Lil Wayne, Ty Dolla $ign, Domo Genesis and more. For Tyler, The Creator fans, the record is a perfect culmination of his previous albums, seeing WOLF’s tight bars paired with Flower Boy’s melody.

UPDATE (June 17, 2021): On June 16, Tyler, The Creator dropped his first single of the year titled “LUMBERJACK.” Now, the Grammy Award-winning rapper has finally announced the release date of his upcoming album.

As seen on the billboard the artist put up in Los Angeles last week – as well as other cities like London, Paris, Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Sydney, Toronto, Montréal and Vancouver – his next project is officially titled CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST. In addition, Tyler is set to launch merch and physical edition bundles for the album through his GOLF WANG brand. Items in the merch line include two tees, a poster, a cassette and a CD.

You can now pre-order the bundles via GOLF WANG’s web store. CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST will drop on June 25.

In the meantime, stream “LUMBERJACK” and watch the track’s music video below.

ORIGINAL STORY (June 16, 2021): Earlier this week, Tyler, The Creator released a 42-second teaser titled “SIDE STREET” days after putting up a mysterious billboard in Los Angeles. Adding to the hype of his upcoming project potentially named CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, the rapper has officially dropped a brand new single titled “LUMBERJACK.”

For those who haven’t come across the billboard, the large display features a phone number (1-855-444-8888), which fans are able to call and hear a voice recording. According to some Twitter users who dialled on June 11, they supposedly heard Tyler and his mother conversing. Now, the number is currently playing a new voice mail of a snippet of an unreleased track along with lyrics: “What’s your number?/I just hope to God you saved my number/Call me when you can.”

While we wait for more details on Tyler’s CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST project, watch the “LUMBERJACK” music video above and stream the song below.
