New York City's Subway Train Gets a Supreme Makeover

Find out which specific line has been redecorated here.

Following their branded MetroCards back in 2017, New York City‘s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and Supreme have teamed up once again to redecorate the L line train.

Reporter Vincent Barone took to Twitter on August 12 to confirm the collaboration saying: “MTA tells me these are legit. One full Supreme-wrapped train will run on the L line, planned to roll out this weekend. This is the first time the MTA is doing a full train wrap outside of the Grand Central shuttle as a new way to raise $, an MTA rep says.”

The L line, which operates between 8th Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan and Rockaway Parkway in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is covered in Supreme’s logo and signature red hue, as seen in the streetwear label’s Instagram post. The duo has not stated how long the train will be covered in Supreme’s branding, but be sure to catch the L line while you can before the collaboration disappears.
