UPDATE: CLOT and Nike Join Forces on a Futuristic Dunk High
Channeling Diddy’s shiny suit era.
UPDATE (March 8, 2022): Official images of the CLOT x Nike Flux Dunk High have landed, offering a closer look at the lenticular-covered model.
Co-founder Edison Chen spoke on the forthcoming sneaker. “The process of making the shoe was probably the hardest that I’ve ever encountered before,” said Chen. “As always at CLOT, we try to test limitations and push our creative.”
The CLOT x Nike Flux Dunk is set to release March 18 at JUICE locations worldwide.
ORIGINAL STORY (January 19, 2022): CLOT‘s 2022 release calendar is already heating up. Following a Levi’s collaboration, a co-branded Bang & Olufsen speaker and a forthcoming Air Jordan 5, the streetwear and lifestyle brand is bringing their unique perspective to a Nike Dunk High.
Revealed via Instagram user @pvasneakers, the CLOT x Nike Dunk High comes with a head-turning, glossy silver chrome upper. Following the futuristic theme, the traditional Swoosh is reimagined as a topstitched outline. Hits of white on the midsole, lining and laces offer contrast to this mostly monochromatic design.
