'Gossip Girl's Michelle Trachtenberg Has Passed

Most known for her iconic role as Georgina Sparks.

According to ABC News, Michelle Trachtenberg has tragically passed away at age 39. “Trachtenberg was found dead Wednesday in her New York City apartment near Columbus Circle just after 8 a.m. local time by her mother,” police sources told the publication.

The star was most known for her iconic role as Georgina Sparks in Gossip Girl and Harriet the Spy. Allegedly, the star recently had a liver transplant and may have experienced complications.

Trachtenberg is believed to have died of natural causes and no foul play is suspected,” however an autopsy has yet to be performed.
