The Best Beauty Moments from London Fashion Week FW25

From Simone Rocha’s sharpie brows to painted tongues at Chet Lo.

You can always count on London to reignite our passion for beauty and awaken our senses to its out-of-the-box glamour. The Fall/Winter 2025 season was nothing short of mesmerizing, offering a mix of unorthodox materials, otherworldly makeup and a subtle nod to forgotten looks from past eras. Designers, hairstylists and MUAs alike took us on a journey, utilizing dream-like finishes and attention to detail to carefully curate and evoke a sense of reawakening in the beauty space.

Below, check out some of our favorite moments from the fashion week runway, from Venusian goddess vibes at Dilara Findikoglu to morning-after makeup at Sinead Gorey.

Paper Clip Hair at Ashish

Listen, we’re all for a bobby pin, but Ashish is making us think differently. We’re kind of obsessed with the paper clip hair moment — it’s unexpected, quirky and just downright charming.

Venusian Details at Dilara Findikoglu

From braided corsets and accessories to tattooed lips and pearl-encrusted headpieces, the Dilara Findikoglu runway brought Venus herself to life.

A Nod to Old Hollywood at Tolu Coker

Makeup artist Bea Sweet ran key at Tolu Coker’s Fall/Winter 2025 presentation, taking us back to a time when Hollywood influenced the globe — plus, a little bit of gloss. Neat buns, glitzy eyes and shiny lips helped bring Coker’s old-world silhouettes and retro prints to life.

Mermaid Eyes at Completedworks

A post shared by Isamaya ffrench (@isamayaffrench)

At Completedworks, makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench brought the brand’s jewelry to life by transforming the legendary Debi Mazar with a retro glam meets enchanting mermaid kind of look. She painted on shimmering blue-green eyeshadow and paired it with a fiery red lip that demanded as much attention as the actor’s monologue.

Painted Tongues at Chet Lo

With a punk-meets-pretty touch, Chet Lo’s models sported painted tongues and wispy lashes, blending rebellion and high fashion in what felt like a tribute to the ’70s and its boundary-pushing beauty.

Morning After Makeup at Sinead Gorey

A post shared by ESME HORN (@esmehorn)

When you think of applying makeup quickly (or simply making peace with what’s left of it), what comes to mind? For MUA Esme Horn at Sinead Gorey, it meant barely-there eyeliner, stained lips and messy glitter all over the face. The look was carefree and imperfect, giving off a “just rolled out of bed” vibe.

Topped-Out Toupees at Keburia

Are we dreaming or did models really rock toupees at Keburia? These over-the-top wigs had us doing a double take, making each hairstyle a little eccentric. Honestly, we’re kind of here for it.

Fanned-Out Lashes at Harris Reed

What’s Gilded Age glamour without a pair of show-stopping lashes? At Harris Reed, Charlotte Tilbury took this beauty trend we saw at NYFW to new heights, creating a larger-than-life look that complemented the extravagant clothing on the runway.

Sharpie Eyebrows at Simone Rocha

A post shared by SIMONE ROCHA (@simonerocha_)

While Simone Rocha’s garments undoubtedly stole the show, we couldn’t help but become captivated by the models’ sharpie-like eyebrows. At first glance, you might expect such a graphic brow to be off-putting, but somehow, it left us wanting to try it out for ourselves.
