'Harry & Meghan' Is Now Netflix's Biggest Documentary Debut
With over 175 million hours watched.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s docuseries, Harry & Meghan, is now Netflix‘s biggest documentary debut ever.
The six-episode docuseries premiered on two separate dates; Volume I dropped on December 8 followed by Volume II, which was released on December 15. According to the streamer, the docuseries’ debut in the top 10 in 85 countries with over 175 million hours watched.
Harry & Meghan is just one of many shows to recently break records. Earlier this month, it was reported that Wednesday became the streamer’s second most watched all-English-language show. In three weeks, the series, starring Jenna Ortega, crossed over one billion hours viewed. A few weeks prior, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story also passed one billion hours viewed; however, this milestone took 60 days.
