“I’m not even gonna lie — I saw this one online,” the actor-slash-musician said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “And I looked at it for a while, and there were so many things connecting, and so many people were talking about it all through these Reddit threads. And at the end of it, I was like, ‘Am I Nate’s brother?’ I almost called him up and asked him.”
Elliot is one of Season 2’s newcomers who plays a key role in Rue (Zendaya) getting caught doing drugs again after her relapse. With Eliot as a newbie, there was no clear indication he would also be part of Season 3 until now. When asked if he would reprise his role of Elliot in Season 3, Fike said “absolutely.”
