Kim Kardashian Enters Her New Fashion Era Post Kanye West

Debuting three different Prada looks at Milan Fashion Week.

Kim Kardashian is always using her style to make a fashion statement. However, based on the outfits she wore at Milan Fashion Week, she seems to also be making a statement relating to her personal life.

For the past few years, Kardashian has looked at her estranged husband, Kanye West, to assist her with looks. Since the split, she’s stepping out on her own as she enters the next phase of her style evolution.

As of recently, the KKW Beauty founder has only really worn Balenciaga, oftentimes rocking a full bodysuit as she did at the 2021 Met Gala or for her SNL hosting debut. For Milan Fashion Week, though, she sported three different Prada fits. One of them — the caramel nappa leather long-sleeve jumpsuit — resembling a Balmain outfit she previously wore with Ye.

This new fashion phase can be attributed to doing what makes her feel best. “For so long, I did what made other people happy and I think in the last two years I decided, I’m going to make myself happy and that feels really good … Even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy,” she recently told Vogue. “I’ve chosen myself. I think it’s okay to choose you.”
