Nando's Launches Heat Reactive Clothing Capsule

Can you stand the heat?

Cult chicken chain Nando’s just announced a limited edition line of “Extra Hot” merch, comprised of heat-reactive clothing and accessories.

Made up of five unisex items, the drop was created using thermochromic tech, meaning that each garment changes color as the wearer ramps up the heat. Available in five varying levels of heat – Plainish, Lemon & Herb, Medium, Hot and Extra Hot – the capsule features T-shirts, jumpers, bucket hats and socks.

Drawing inspiration from the Nando’s PERI-ometer heat chart, each piece in the collection will transform into a unique new colorway as its temperature changes. To celebrate the release of the Nando’s “Extra Hot” capsule, the likes of music artist Niko B, comedian Jack Joseph and DJ Tara Kumar star in a playful campaign that showcases the thermal reactions in all its glory.

Prices will range from £15 to £40 (approximately $18-50 USD). The new Nando’s “Extra Hot” capsule will be available for purchase from the brand’s website while stocks last.
