BIBI Confirmed to Join Second Season of Netflix's 'Sweet Home'

Starring alongside original cast members including Song Kang.

Sweet Home, Netflix‘s dystopian K-drama, is set to return with a second season. The streaming platform confirmed that one of the new actors to join the cast includes musician BIBI.

A representative of the TV series announced that the artist will be joining the forthcoming installment, although details have yet to be confirmed. For those who have yet to watch the show, Sweet Home is an apocalyptic story following Hyun-soo (played by Song Kang), a high schooler who gets stranded in an apartment building as humans transform into diverse forms of monsters. In addition to Song Kang, original cast members include Lee Si-young, Lee Jin-wook, Park Gyu-young and Go Minsi. Kim Mu-yeol, Jinyoung, Oh Jung-se and Yoo Oh-seong have been confirmed to join for the second season.

This isn’t BIBI’s acting debut — the singer has previously appeared in the 2020 film Whispering Corridors 6: The Humming.
