UK-based store HIP celebrates Fred Perry and the famous Twin Tipped Polo Shirt’s 70th anniversary with a campaign featuring the piece as the main star.

The Twin Tipped Polo Shirt is lauded for being a part of the brand’s history. Originally, the classic cotton piqué piece was introduced in the ‘50s as a part of the first capsule collection and soon became a subcultural uniform representing different movements across the late 20th century. Embraced across music, film, art and sports, the polo shirt soon became a powerful emblem of individuality and belonging.
