Photographer Joshua Woods Captures Kiko Kostadinov's FW22 Womenswear Campaign
An exploration of “the feminine binary.”
Kiko Kostadinov just unveiled its new Fall/Winter 2022 womenswear campaign, captured by New York-born, Paris-based photographer Joshua Woods. With make-up by Ana Takahashi, the campaign utilizes Woods’ warm aesthetic and signature ground-spice hues.
Designed by dynamic duo Laura and Deanna Fanning, the collection seeks to explore the feminine binary through a lens of dark glamor and youthful energy. Drawing inspiration from folkloric tradition and 1930s high society as well as elements of the Art Deco movement, FW22 is rooted in modular silhouettes that explore materiality and gravity.
The campaign comes shortly after Kiko Kostadinov teased an all-new collaboration with Hysteric Glamor and ASICS, resulting in a reflective silver iteration of the GEL-Aurania with a GEL-Quantum Levitrack sole. The brand also recently issued a limited run of its signature Trivia bag, alongside an exclusive installation at London’s Dover Street Market.
