Swedish Resort Brand OAS Debuts Its First-Ever Womenswear Line

Staple terry shirts, swimwear and more.

Stockholm-based resort brand OAS is expanding its catalog, introducing its first-ever womenswear offering this Spring/Summer 2023 season.

The collection is comprised of the label’s signature staples such as terry shirts and robes, which are complemented with swimwear designs. Channeling the ’70s, the brand has incorporated a range of warm, earthy hues, while bold patterns add a touch of contrast.

“I wanted the women’s collection to offer exploration of the female form as well as keeping the OAS spirit of adventure. From wide silhouettes and tactile materials to wrapping elements, drawstring, and loud colors. Creating accessible designs with a lot of self-express and celebration,” Camilla Lindqvist, OAS’ womenswear designer, shared in a press release.

The womenswear range is designed with a mix of existing styles and new materials, spanning flowy dresses, practical shirts, relaxed pants and more. Standouts include printed linen, which was created exclusively for the launch at a family-owned factory in Portugal, in addition to a jacquard woven waffle fabric arriving in cream white.

Take a look at the SS23 womenswear collection in the gallery above as well as the campaign shot in Spain. You can head over to OAS’ website to shop the pieces.
