A Closer Look Inside BTS' SUGA's First Solo Album
New concept photos have just been shared by the K-pop star.
BTS member SUGA is gearing up to release his first official solo album, under his stage moniker of Agust D.
In the run-up to the album’s highly-anticipated release, the K-pop star is treating fans to a selection of brand-new images that set the scene for what’s to come. Split into two parts, the new concept photos see Suga simply “Being,” wearing a black suit in an elegant setting. On the flip side, the “Exister” images see the artist taking on a more rebellious approach, pictured in a less refined setting with a brooding attitude.
According to HYBE, the “Being” version of SUGA seeks to represent how the artist exists in the present, while “Exister” aims to symbolize the concept of “transcendence.” Both concepts aim to offer a visual representation of Agust D’s trilogy, set to come to a finale with the D-DAY album. The images arrive soon after SUGA confirmed his album’s release date and announced a new behind-the-scenes documentary.
Take a look at the new images above, before the official album lands on April 21.
