Jennifer Coolidge Earns 2023 MTV "Comedic Genius" Award

Comedic queen is more like it.

Jennifer Coolidge is continue her renaissance as the vivacious actor has earned the 2023 MTV Movie & TV “Comedic Genius” Award.

While the star has been experiencing a resurgence, thanks to her role as Tanya McQuoid in The White Lotus, Coolidge has been delivering her trademark sense of humor since the ’90s with her role as Stifler’s mom in American Pie, proving her long-held chokehold on the entertainment industry. Coolidge’s most iconic roles include the kind-hearted Paulette in the classic film Legally Blonde, as well as the sassy and slightly cold-hearted Fiona in A Cinderella Story, starring alongside Hilary Duff.

The 61-year-old actor joins Melissa McCarthy, Will Ferrell and Jack Black as MTV’s comedic geniuses.

Jennifer Coolidge will be honored with the 2023 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Monday 8th May on MTV UK.
