Is Scott Disick Our Modern-Day 'Good Luck Chuck'?

This past weekend Sofia Richie married her beau of three years, Elliot Grange, whom she met after she split with Scott Disick. Ironically, one other celebrity has found the love of her life after breaking up with Disick raising the question: Is Scott Disick our modern-day Good Luck Chuck?
The film, which was released in 2007, followed Chuck (played by Dane Cook) as “he learns that each of his ex-girlfriends finds true love with the man she meets after her relationship with him ends,” the film’s description reads. “Hearing of Charlie’s reputation as a good-luck charm, women from all over line up for a quick tryst.” Ironically, at the same time, Chuck struggles to find a love of his own.

Similarly, Disick has been on his love quest for decades as viewers witnessed through the hit show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. Although he definitely played the villain in the reality series, Disick was absolutely a good luck charm to the family. Case and point? Disick left the series after the final split between him and his children’s mother Kourtney Kardashian-Barker. While fans requested the removal of Kourtney and Travis Barker due to “cringiness,” the family made the decision to reinstate drama-filled Disick. The return was sealed via a massive deal — despite Kardashian-Barker’s recent marriage to the love of her life, Barker.
On the same note, Kardashian-Barker dated Disick on-an-off again for 10 years and had three children before falling in love with family friend, Barker. While dating Disick, viewers assumed Kardashian-Barker was bland and at times, annoying. However, her demeanor changed after she left Disick, revealing her free-spirited side. She soon fell for Barker and they’ve just released their Hulu documentary, Til Death Do Us Part, which follows the making of their NSFW weddings.

Sofia Richie also met the love of her life less than six months after she and Disick split, due to his rehab stint in May 2020. She met Grainge in 2021 and has remained publicly happy since. In true bride fashion, Richie documented her recent wedding — countdown, and all — and also donned three custom Chanel dresses to celebrate the occasion.
After his relationship with Richie, Disick dated Lisa Rinna’s daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin before they split in 2021. He now dates 27-year-old model, Rebecca Donaldson. Although Disick has been unsuccessful in finding authentic love, he definitely has a type: well-off daughters of celebs, that are one step away from meeting the loves of their lives.
