EB Denim Drenches Deadstock Garments in Silver Foil
Hand-foiled in Los Angeles.
Sustainable denim brand EB Denim is set to launch an all-new capsule collection, made up of dead-stock pieces that have been given a new lease of life.
Rooted in responsible design and conscious consumption, EB Denim looked to its unsold garments and instead of “slashing prices and putting everything on sale just to get rid of them,” the brand saw an opportunity to practise what it preaches and upcycle its pieces to create an all-new “Silver Foil” collection.
Comprising eight silhouettes, the capsule sees each garment hand-foiled by a team in Los Angeles in order to maintain the integrity of the original piece. In laying the foil by hand, it retains any so-called imperfections which means that each piece is unique to the wearer. The capsule consists of a micro mini-skirt, wrap mini-skirt, cross-over shorts and pants alongside high-rise straight-leg jeans and his and hers low-rise baggy pant.
Take a look at the capsule above and head over to EB Denim’s website to purchase from May 26.
