TikTok is the home of chaotic dating trends and it appears beige flags are resurfacing again.
While red flags are signs we know we should run from, beige flags offer a more tame alternative — that still slightly raises eyebrows. The term “beige flag” refers to questionable, yet not toxic behaviors your partner performs. For example, one woman calling out her boyfriend for setting timers, instead of alarms. “Its midnight and he needs to wake up at 6? He’ll set a six hour timer,” one girl posted flabbergasted.

So no, you don’t have to break up with a partner or call a relationship therapist over a beige flag. We all just have our ~quirks~ and as long as it doesn’t disrupt the daily functioning and health of the relationship, you’re fine.
