Danish Model Mona Tougaard Stars in Versace's SS25 Campaign
Celebrating instinctive individuality.
Versace is back with another self-assured campaign for Spring/Summer 2025, this time tapping Danish model Mona Tougaard and French model Loli Bahia as the stars of its show. Aiming to create “soulful and emotional portraiture,” Versace worked with iconic duo Mert & Marcus, who most recently shot David Beckham for that BOSS underwear campaign.
Built around the concept of celebrating self-confidence, the campaign features films with each character, conversing with Donatella Versace.
“I have always believed in celebrating the individual. We are unique, we are vulnerable, we are brave, we are kind, we are strong. Our differences are what brings us together, and what makes us fascinating to each other. This campaign captures that individuality as an attitude,” Donatella Versace says in a statement.
Celebrating style that is instinctively individual, the campaign favors looks that are “thrown-on,” “mismatched” and “steeped in the joy of dressing.” Spotlighting pieces from the new SS25 collection, it includes day dresses and skirts crafted from Versace’s signature metal mesh, along with clashing prints on jackets and knits, plus printed silk shirts. Accessories include new colorways of the Versace Tag and Kleio, landing in candy-colored leathers and patchwork prints with added charms.
