Jaden Smith Took Castlecore To New Heights... With Wearable Art
Looks like Pinterest’s prediction was correct.
At the 67th annual Grammys, siblings Jaden and Willow Smith arrived in style. Jaden, however, took his love of wearable art to the next level.
Arriving in matching all black outfits, the sibling duo coordinated a truly unforgettable moment. If you missed it, Jaden wore a house… on his head . If you were to look at the artist’s suit from the bottom up, the moment wasn’t too far from the norm. Just simple black tie attire.
Until you spotted his hat, that is. The piece of wearable art is called the “Vampire Castle,” designed by Abodi Transylvania. On Instagram, the brand detailed the artistic collaboration: We custom made the castle for his red carpet appearance at the Grammy Awards. The artistic combines the mysterious elegance of ABODI Transylvania with a bold, modern design inspired by Transylvanian history and the vampire legends of the Bathori.”
The moment unintentionally taps “Castlecore,” coined by Pinterest as one of 2025’s trends to look out for. In its 2025 report, the brand shared: “Medieval is having a major moment. In 2025, Gen Z and Millennials will take home decor inspiration from ancient castles, while fashion and accessories will be gothic inspired. It’s a comeback of the highest order.”
