JD’s Exclusive New Balance 204L Pack Perfects Off-Duty Style

To celebrate the launch, the retailer partnered with Skye Newman to bring blow drys and beauty treatments to Londoners.

Ever since ROSALÍA made her debut as the face of New Balance’s 204L, the sneaker has been right on track to be the must-have silhouette of the year. With a blend of sleek lines and technical components, it stands out as a versatile footwear choice, lending to both star-studded campaigns as well as off-duty looks.

Hoping to amplify its signature style, JD now puts its unique spin on the 204L in a retailer-exclusive pack. The drop comprises three understated colorways including “Grey”, “Red/Purple” and “Brown,” with each iteration incorporating lighter variations of the tones on the mesh, suede overlay and laces.

On the base, the sportswear retailer maintains the classic sporty elements such as the white EVA cushioning making up the midsole as well as the gum outsole. Elsewhere, New Balance’s “N” logo on the lateral arrives double-stacked, adopting the respective tones of each model.

For the latest campaign, JD calls on brand ambassador Skye Newman to front a new lookbook to mark the launch. Building on its wider Where Are You Going? message, the visuals platform the rising UK-based artist while showcasing the pack’s refined design that makes it undeniably weekend-ready.

A recent event at the cult-favorite salon SALT in East London delved further into the lifestyle aspect ingrained in the model’s ethos. Headed up by Newman, it offered attendees a range of premium hair treatments like blow drys and heat styling as well as a selection of goodies, ending with a private performance for Skye’s fans.

You can now shop the JD exclusive New Balance 204L pack online now for £110 GBP (approx. $145 USD).
