A Closer Look at Sacai's Stunning Collaborations with Dr. Woo and Pendleton

Cozy essentials for the winter season.

At the tail end of last year, we received a detailed preview of Sacai‘s latest Nike collaboration: “Blazer with the Dunk.” Now, we take a closer look at more highly anticipated releases from the Chitose Abe-led label – Sacai has launched collaborative ranges with both Dr. Woo and Pendleton, with the womenswear collections having already arrived in-store (and the men’s rosters slated to arrive soon). For the former, the release includes an array of apparel that features graphics drawn exclusively for the capsule by the famed tattoo artist. Among the various motifs, one of the standout items includes a millennial pink knit sweater with a stunning image of a bird perched on the shoulder, accompanied by florals on a branch stretched across the other shoulder blade.

For the collection designed in tandem with Pendleton, Chitose’s hallmark cut-and-sew aesthetic is brought front and centre alongside the textile company’s hallmark Americana-inspired graphics. Included in the sprawling program is a selection of knit sweaters, parkas, bomber jackets, military-cum-blazer jackets, hoodies and more. The range also comprises of leather boots, wool socks, hats and belt bags.

You can take a closer look at both Sacai collaborations in the gallery above. Both collections are available now at select stockists such as Joyce.
