YG Entertainment Announces BLACKPINK's Comeback Delayed to 2020

Fans want the group to leave the entertainment company.

YG Entertainment has announced that BLACKPINK will be delaying their highly-anticipated comeback until 2020 and fans are not happy about it. According to Metrothe South Korean entertainment group said in a statement: “The comeback of girl group BLACKPINK is likely to be delayed until next year.”

The K-pop group released their five-track EP Kill This Love back in April, and fans have been patiently waiting for new music since. Fans believed that the girl group would be dropping new content this month. However, after YG Entertainment made the official announcement, fans took to social media to express their disappointment. A Blink said on Twitter:

“How many times have BLACKPINK voiced out their frustrations about their lack of content/comebacks? we have all see them do it. jensoo asking for comebacks on national tv and jennie almost crying on a live because she was apologizing for it. stop acting like they enjoy this.”

Blinks now want BLACKPINK to leave YG Entertainment and have even started the hashtag #BLACKPINKLEAVEYG on Twitter. Neither BLACKPINK or YG have made further comments about the situation, so stay tuned while we wait for more details.

In related news, YG Entertainment has officially confirmed CL’s departure from the company.
