Motorola Is Officially Bringing Back Its Iconic RAZR Flip Phone
Feel like it’s 2004 again.
Motorola’s RAZR flip phone was undoubtedly one of the most iconic cellphones of the mid-2000s. Even though we’ve technologically progressed into much more advanced smartphones, there’s no denying that the satisfaction of dramatically flipping your phone shut after a call. Luckily, Motorola is officially bringing back the RAZR, complete with an updated folding LCD screen.
The new RAZR is an Android smartphone and boasts a 6.2-inch foldable plastic OLED panel and Android 9 Pie as well as a 2.7-inch Quick View display. At the bottom, there’s a fingerprint sensor and a USB-C charging port. If you’re keen to cop, you can pre-order the new Motorola RAZR phone from December for $1499.99 USD (or for $62.49 USD per month on Verizon‘s 24 month contract). The phone will then see a wider release through the U.S. in January 2020.
