Mansur Gavriel's FW19 Collection Is Filled with Cozy Wardrobe Essentials
Sweaters, coats and bags in bold, vibrant hues.
With New York Fashion Week in full swing, we’ve been seeing collections from crowd-favorite labels like KITH. To join the fashion month craze, Mansur Gavriel transformed its aesthetic SoHo location into a fruit market environment to present its latest collection.
Key items include the handbag range in new silhouettes, colors and materials, such as the Cloud Clutch, which was first introduced a couple weeks ago via Instagram. Standout pieces are dressed in croc-embossed leather and deep mahogany hues. As for apparel, new outerwear and knitwear styles arrive in cozy materials like Italian cashmere, silk, wool and shearling. Highlights included a reversible, bicolored wool coat, a versatile piece to pair with any look this fall.
The presentation also debuted sleek yet effortless shoe designs like the Dream Ballerina in new fall colors such as “Midnight Blue” and “Leaf.” The new croc-embossed leather material spotted in the bag collection can also be seen on footwear ranging from the Classic Loafer to Slingback, to 40MM Ankle Boot.
“For Fall 2019 we focused on clean, luxurious winter essentials: cashmere sweaters and coats, accompanied by architectural bags,” designers Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel spoke of their Fall/Winter 2019 range.
