Louis Vuitton Reveals Retro Movie Poster-Inspired Lookbook for Pre-Fall 2020
Featuring Sophie Turner, Jaden Smith, Emma Roberts and more.
Upon announcing that it has become the owner of the second-largest rough diamond in the world, Louis Vuitton has now unveiled its Pre-Fall 2020 collection. The lookbook takes inspiration from retro movie posters and book covers, featuring 23 talents from all over the world.
“The Pre-Fall 2020 collection embarks on a narrative journey where the garments tell their own tales,” an official press release reads. Modeled by stars including Léa Seydoux, Chloe Grace Moretz, Sophie Turner, Jaden Smith, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Doona Bae, Robyn, Deepika Padukone and more, each look tells its own story, ranging from a clash between rebellion and fine craftsmanship, to sportswear’s encounter with tailoring. More of the retro style cues can be found on a T-shirt printed with the original cover of William Peter Blatty’s 1971 sci-fi novel The Exorcist.
