The hybrid show sees the Chinese star sing alongside virtual characters.
UPDATE (November 1, 2020): Having dropped their latest single “MORE” last week, Riot Games‘ virtual pop group K/DA has now delivered a live performance to open the 2020 League of Legends World Championship, which took place in Shanghai this weekend.
Leading with collaborator Lexie Liu, digital characters Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa join the stage along with Seraphine, the latest addition to the team. The members showcase a meticulously choreographed sequence, dressed in coordinated iridescent looks. Throughout the song, each avatar flaunts its special ability, such as nine-tailed Ahri and Kai’Sa, who dashes from one location to another. Following the performance, the Louis Vuitton-branded Summoner’s Cup and travel case made their official debut.

ORIGINAL STORY (October 27, 2020): After announcing the full roster for their debut EP titled ALL OUT, Riot Games‘ virtual pop group K/DA has now dropped its newest track “MORE” with a music video. The anticipated track is a collaboration between SOYEON and MIYEON of (G)I-DLE, Lexie Liu, Jaira Burns and digital artist Seraphine.
For those unaware, Jaira Burns and (G)I-DLE’s SOYEON and MIYEON have been longtime collaborators of K/DA including the group’s inaugural single “POP/STARS,” which additionally featured Madison Beer. The virtual music act followed up with “THE BADDEST” this summer with Bea Miller and Wolftyla to lead up to their forthcoming EP. “MORE” is the title track on the record, leading three new tracks “I’LL SHOW YOU,” “DRUM GO DRUM” and “VILLAINS.” This time around, Seraphine – a digital influencer previously rumored to be League of Legends‘ new champion – joins the team to create a five-member group.
