Apple Rumored to Release $200 USD AirPods Pro Lite
Pricier than Apple’s second-generation AirPods but cheaper than the AirPods Pro.
Apple is reportedly working on a third generation of its popular wireless AirPods. Tentatively dubbed AirPods Pro Lite, the upcoming earphones will supposedly serve as an entry-level version of Apple’s AirPods Pro ($249 USD), providing a slight upgrade from the second-generation AirPods ($159 USD) currently on the market.
The AirPods Pro Lite will feature the same in-ear tips as the AirPods Pro, but will not include noise-canceling capabilities. However, they’re rumored boast improved battery life, making them a more desirable option than both currently available models. They’ll also be significantly more affordable than Apple’s recently released over-the-ear AirPods Max, which price at $549 USD.
Apple’s AirPods Pro Lite are rumored to retail for $200 USD. Stay tuned for more information on a release date.
