Vans Dresses the Old Skool 36 DX in Color-Blocked Pony Hair
Take a closer look at the fuzzy sneaker.
Vans has released the latest installment of its Anaheim Factory Collection, a selection of classic silhouettes drawing inspiration from the brand’s early styles produced in Anaheim, California. Introducing the “Lux Color Block” pack, Vans focuses in on the Old Skool 36 DX, rendering the shoe in color combinations from the footwear label’s past.
The first colorway, “Gray Pony/True White,” sees the shoe in a cool-toned mix of beige and gray pony hair complemented by a white midsole. The second iteration, “Pink Pony,” delivers a vibrant upper in orange and fuchsia. And in case you were wondering, no horses were harmed in the making of both fuzzy styles.
Vans’ “Lux Color Block” pack is available at the Vans website.
