The Coolest Model Off-Duty Style From Fashion Month FW20
Shop looks inspired by runway regulars Sora Choi, Binx Walton and more.
A subgenre of street style, which has grown to become a powerful marketing medium over the last decade, model off-duty looks are almost as exciting to watch as runway collections during Fashion Month. At the tail end of the Fall/Winter 2020 Fashion Week circuit, we’re taking a look at the effortlessly chic outfits seen on some of the industry’s favorite catwalkers, including the likes of Kaia Gerber and Paloma Elsesser.
Unsurprisingly, the classic blazer was a popular choice of outerwear for many models. Runway regular Gerber left the JW Anderson show in a brown velvet style, paired with some casual jeans and Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses. In Milan, Elsesser suited up in an olive belted jacket and color-matching leather trousers, while Cara Taylor was spotted in a floral patterned design, worn with a pair of burnt orange velour pants.
Embracing the wintry weather in New York, Giedre Dukauskaite ran between shows in a checkered poncho and croc boots, while HyunJi Shin stepped out with a beret. Another Korean top model, Sora Choi, bundled up in a faux fur leopard print coat and wore her signature chunky-soled, tall boots.
