The Nike Training Club App in Premium Is Now Free of Charge

In an effort to make sport a daily habit.

With most people practicing social distancing and self-isolation at the moment due to the world’s current state, Nike has announced that the Nike Training Club (NTC) app‘s premium version is now free. The Swoosh brand’s subscription-based service, available in the U.S., includes studio-style streaming workouts, progressive training programs (including bodyweight-only) and expert tips from its elite Nike Master Trainers.

Additionally, the NTC system contains a library of more than 185 workouts ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. Routines in the app feature bodyweight-only sessions, yoga classes, targeted training programs and full-equipment workouts for all fitness levels. The company has also started offering new tips on mindset, movement, nutrition, recovery and sleep via its social handles, Nike.com and the Nike app.

Download the NTC app on your Apple or Android device here. In related news, don’t forget to check out the eight best livestreams for at-home workouts.
