Dior's Iconic Bags, Shoes & Accessories Receive Red Polka Dot Treatment for Dioramour Capsule
The Lady Dior, Book Tote and 30 Montaigne Box bag celebrate love.
Having revealed a Puglia-inspired Cruise 2021 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri has unveiled new iterations of signature Dior pieces for a capsule collection dubbed Dioramour. Iconic bags, shoes, jewelry and more are dressed in red to celebrate the Qixi Festival, otherwise known as Chinese Valentine’s Day (August 25).
Paying homage to the house’s heritage and Christian Dior’s haute couture looks which celebrated love, Chiuri has added red polka dots onto the Lady Dior, Lady D-Lite, Book Tote and 30 Montaigne Box bags, as well as cardholders and wallets. The statement pattern is also seen on the D-Connect sneaker crafted with neoprene, in addition to the popular Dway slides. Elsewhere, ready-to-wear and jewelry pieces like necklaces, bracelets, earrings, an anorak and shorts receive the same treatment.
