Sharp Tailoring Takes Over Marine Serre's SS21 "AMOR FATI" Campaign
Featuring utilitarian garments, denim pieces engraved with the “Moonfish Skin” pattern and more.
For the Spring/Summer 2021 season, Marine Serre teamed up with composer Pierre Rousseau and directors Sacha Barbin and Ryan Doubiago on a short film. Now, the designer has returned with a brand new campaign.
Titled “AMOR FATI,” the visuals present sharp tailoring throughout, highlighting the brand’s signature duo-colored “Moon Lozenge” jacquard weave. Biodegradable nylon and recycled moiré serve as the base for select styles including the multi-pocketed utilitarian garments and accessories. Elsewhere, intimate designs are crafted from regenerated carpets in terracotta hues. As for knitwear, pieces boast tones of kaleidoscopic sapphire and cobalt blue, while the denim offerings come with a laser engraving of the “Moonfish Skin” pattern.
