Carhartt WIP Taps L'Art de l'Automobile for Car-Inspired "KARHARTT" Collection
Classic garments and accessories receive a forest green makeover.
Having recently dropped its Spring/Summer 2021 collection, Carhartt WIP has now teamed up with Paris lifestyle brand L’Art de l’Automobile for the first time to update its classic garments. The collaboration additionally features everyday accessories such as water bottles.
For those unfamiliar, L’Art de l’Automobile is a label led by Arthur Kar, a Paris-based car dealer. Celebrating both brands’ legacies, the joint “KARHARTT” range fuses Carhartt‘s classic items with inspiration from a mechanic’s uniform.
Keeping a forest green color palette overall, the Michigan Coat and Single Knee Pant are updated with the lifestyle name’s logo patched at the front, just above Carhartt’s branding. Meanwhile, the trousers come with an additional mini-wrench keychain hanging from the side. The garments are complemented with black and white graphic tees. As for accessories, the duo has created co-branded New Era caps, as well as a Nalgene water bottle.
Take a closer look down below. The “KARHARTT” collection is available online via L’Art de l’Automobile and Carhartt’s web stores.
