Indie Homeware Brand Dinosaur Designs Teases Clay Collection

Australian homeware and jewelry brand Dinosaur Designs is launching a new collection of whimsical pieces made of resin and clay. Utilizing simple shapes and earthy colors, the range is hand-crafted in Sydney by founders and couple Louise Olsen and Stephen Ormandy.
A series of dual-ended vases arrive in curved, macaroni-like shapes in bone white, terra-cotta orange and mustard yellow. Similarly playful, small dishes and bowls are constructed with rounded “feet.” In jewelry, bangles and bracelets are fashioned as asymmetrical ovals while necklaces are threaded with pebble-like pendants. Curved rings are also reminiscent of naturally occurring shapes.
Dinosaur Designs’ Clay Collection launches at the Dinosaur Designs website on February 22.
