Gucci Reveals Updated Timepieces in New High Watchmaking Collection
Announced at the annual Watches and Wonders fair.
In time with the annual Watch and Wonders fair, Gucci has now launched a new high watchmaking collection conceptualized by Alessandro Michele. The range features four main lines including the GUCCI 25H, G-Timeless, Grip and high jewelry watches, which all celebrate the heritage and legacy of the fashion house.
The Swiss-made timepieces fuse Gucci’s Italian DNA with intricate horology. The GUCCI 25H comes with a slimmer case that allows it to feel like a second skin. Available in steel and pavé-set options, the model also arrives with tourbillon versions in gold. The Grip, which runs on a jump hour movement, features a disc on the face that rotates every 60 minutes. The design sports updated dials with an 18kt gold case complete with 44 baguette-cut diamonds. Elsewhere, the G-Timeless is adorned with dancing bee motifs across the face. One standout iteration comes with a Kering-built tourbillon movement embellished with jeweled hardstone dials.
