UNIQLO UT's T-Shirt Range Celebrates the Works of Animator Mamoru Hosoda
The Japanese director’s credits include ‘The Girl Who Leapt Through Time,’ ‘Summer Wars’ and more.
Shortly after dropping its collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen, UNIQLO UT has returned with a brand new range of tees. The upcoming line is dedicated to Japanese film director and animator Mamoru Hosoda, who is set to release his latest film titled The Dragon and The Freckled Princess (Ryu to Sobakasu no Hime).
The black tee’s design is inspired by the new movie’s protagonist, Belle, featuring a mysterious beast character on the front. Meanwhile, the light blue silhouette boasts an ethereal scene encapsulated in a rectangle. Other styles highlight some of Hosoda’s previous works like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Summer Battle and Son of Monsters. Take a closer look at what to expect above.
UNIQLO UT’s Mamoru Hosoda tee collection will be available via UNIQLO’s Hong Kong website and in stores on August 2.
