On the latest episode of The Kardashians, Khloé Kardashian hesitantly opens up before her first public appearance at the Met Gala in 2022.

Kourtney detailed hubby Travis Barker‘s support, while Khloé seemed to be on her own. At the time, Thompson and Kardashian were all over blogs discussing their tumultuous relationship paired with a paternity scandal.
“I don’t feel comfortable right now. I really don’t,” Kardashian admitted when discussing the Gala. “My sunglasses just make me feel like I am blocking everything out. It is a security blanket for me. I just feel safer — I don’t know how to explain it.”
But in what might be the most heart-wrenching scene, Kardashian continued to detail her current life. “I don’t do amusement parks. I don’t like things that are suspenseful. I don’t watch horror movies. I am good. My life is a horror movie,” she said. Her sentiments are similar to women who have endured abusive or “humiliating” relationships as Thompson admitted in a public apology after finding out that he had impregnated another woman, while his surrogate with Kardashian was pregnant, as well.
