Kris Wu Chemical Castration Rumors Ignite New Idea for Predators Worldwide

Chinese-Canadian singer, Kris Wu, was sentenced to 13 years in prison and deportation after being found guilty of rape. Shortly after, outlets are reporting the potential chemical castration of Wu.
Wu was sentenced after a year-long legal battle, sparked by his 19-year-old ex-girlfriend, Du Meizhu, who witnessed him using “various methods to lure young girls for sex.” Wu publicly denounced this and filed a defamation lawsuit, but behind closed doors, offered his ex ¥500,000 RMB (approximately $77,172 USD) in hush money, which she refused.
However, she did not stop there. “Meizhu took to Weibo to call out Wu: ‘Mr. Wu, I give you 24 hours to prepare for a press conference, to the entire network of the whole society to announce the withdrawal of the Chinese entertainment industry.” She added: “Issue handwritten apology letters to all the victims and post them on your Weibo account for 72 hours. After that, leave China immediately. You don’t deserve to be in this land,’” she said boldly.
Wu’s abuse of power was met with grave measures from a 13-year sentence to deportation — and we can’t forget the bravery of MEizhu in demanding a written apology to each young girl. Wu also eventually lost major brand deals, with brands like Porsche and Master Kong Ice Tea, removing all imagery of him from their social media.
In the case of chemical castration, it’s hard to argue against it seeing as Wu berated young women in the media, denied their claims and ultimately showed no remorse.
