Megan Thee Stallion's Boyfriend Speaks Out About Tory Lanez Trial

Megan Thee Stallion‘s boyfriend Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine, recently shared his thoughts on the felony assault trial of Tory Lanez through an Instagram Story. Lanez, who’s been accused of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the foot back in 2020, has received support from those in the industry during the trial, and now, Megan’s boyfriend has spoken out.
“To any woman especially ones of color that has suffered an injustice, I feel for you,” Fontaine wrote on Instagram. “When you do find the courage to speak up .. it seems you will be ridiculed .. your credibility will [be] questioned .. your entire past will be held under a magnifying glass .. in an instant, you can go from defendant in the eyes of the public … to anyone with a daughter Sister mother niece or aunt.” He added, “I pray for their protection… I pray for their covering… I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.”
On the second day of the trial, Megan shared her frustrations about how the case has developed, particularly in terms of the support that Lanez has received from male musicians. ”Every man in a position of power in the music industry has taken his side. Not a day goes by without [me] being called a liar,” Megan said. “This whole thing is about who I was having sex with, not who shot me, and I don’t know why,” she continued.
Megan also spoke about the negative impact that the trial, and continued coverage of her sexual history, has had on her relationship with Fontaine. “I feel disgusted, I feel dirty, my own partner is embarrassed,” she said.
