BLACKPINK's Rosé Shows off Her Baking Skills in Her First-Ever Vlog
The K-pop star surprises fans with a sweet treat after recovering from COVID-19.
Rosé of BLACKPINK, has finally uploaded her first vlog on her YouTube channel since launching it in March 2021.
The K-pop star, who recently recovered from COVID-19, gave fans a heads up on her Instagram Story before the clip went live. “Blinks, thank you for waiting so patiently for me. And I’m sorry for keeping you all worried. I’m okay,” she starts off her message. “I prepared a little something (my very first vlog, I know that EVERYONE’S been dying for lol)… I hope you all enjoy it! It’s my first vlog, so be kind.”
The visual kicks off with the artist filming her outfit, explaining that she put on a Madeline-inspired look because she was off to make madeleines, which is a traditional small cake from France. Throughout the vlog, Rosé shows off her baking skills — from whisking the batter to filling the molds with her cake mixture. Towards the end, the singer pans the camera over her final creations featuring hazelnut, lemon, pistachio and classic madeleines. “This was my first baking vlog! … I hope you had fun watching it,” Rosé comments.
