BLACKPINK's Rosé Opens Personal YouTube Channel
Following in the footsteps of her bandmates Lisa and Jennie.
Shortly after making her solo debut, BLACKPINK‘s Rosé has shared that she is opening her very own YouTube channel. The announcement marks the third personal account from the K-pop group, following Lisa and Jennie.
Currently at almost three million views, the five-minute-long video opens with footage from the musician’s childhood. The visual transitions to the title “Rosé: Interview Film,” with the celebrity appearing on the screen. “I was born in New Zealand so I needed an English name. My parents apparently bought a name book. I think it was my dad who looked through it,” she explains. “These days, I guess it’s something everyone wishes for – to always be happy wherever I am with a strong mind and heart,” the star wraps up the video after multiple candid video clips. From the inaugural short film, we can expect the BLACKPINK vocalist to share bits of her daily life with her fans.
