Beyoncé's 7th Studio Album 'Renaissance' Is on the Way
Queen Bey has finally announced her upcoming project.
Following rumors, Beyoncé has finally announced that her seventh studio album Renaissance is on the way.
Queen Bey broke the news by changing her Twitter and Instagram bios to read “act i, RENAISSANCE, 7.29,” hinting that there will be more installments of the album to come. Major music streamers such as Spotify and Apple Music have also updated the artist’s profile with a new image reading “Act i, Renaissance.”
Not much information has been revealed so far, although music platforms are showing spots for 16 tracks for the upcoming release. Renaissance will mark Beyoncé’s first album in six years, following Lemonade which featured “Hold Up,” “Formation” and more. The musician previously told Harper’s Bazaar in an interview: “With all the isolation and injustice over the past year, I think we are all ready to escape, travel, love, and laugh again. I feel a renaissance emerging, and I want to be part of nurturing that escape in any way possible… I’ve been in the studio for a year and a half.”
Beyoncé’s seventh studio album Renaissance will release on July 29.
