Lizzo on Why She Stopped Having Sexual Conversations With Rihanna
“It’s all play with me,” says the “About Damn Time” singer.
Lizzo and Rihanna have a playful friendship, but ever since the Fenty Beauty founder became a mom, the “Truth Hurts” singer has limited their sexual conversations.
The revelation took place when Lizzo made a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. A fan called in and asked her about the possibility of ever collaborating with Rihanna. Lizzo responded, “OK, did the army send you? She was like, ‘Yeah, I’ll be a lesbian for a day.’”
Lizzo then elaborated on their convo topics, which slightly changed after Riri gave birth to a baby boy in May. “Speaking of lesbians,” Lizzo said, “my conversations with Rihanna are more sexual, I guess.” Cohen then responded, “Oh, really? You talk about sex a lot?” Lizzo replied, “We don’t talk about sex a lot, but we’re just always giving it to each other. We don’t talk about work, it’s all play with me. But not since she’s been, you know, mommy … ‘Mommihanna.’ So congratulations to her and A$AP Rocky.”
