60 Sneakers Approved by K-Pop's Buzziest Group, NewJeans
From Nike to Salomon, see what each member has worn on stage and in music videos.
Those who follow K-pop will probably have heard of NewJeans, a new quintet from HYBE‘s sublabel ADOR. With creative direction by Min Hee-jin (the director and designer behind Girls’ Generation, f(x), EXO, Red Velvet and more), the rookie group has been taking over charts since their debut not only for their catchy music but also for their style.
NewJeans’ stylists have been dressing members Hani, Danielle, Minji, Haerin and Hyein in casual fits that are accompanied by no-makeup makeup and effortless hairstyles. The musicians have caught the attention of fans with their Y2K-inspired looks, featuring some of today’s hottest brands like NOCTA, Jacquemus and Hyein Seo. These outfits are complete with standout footwear choices, ranging from Salomon‘s tech-focused sneakers and COMME des GARÇONS x Nike’s Premier heels, to kicks as classic and simple as Vans’ Old Skool.
Below, we’ve rounded up 60 pairs of shoes that NewJeans wore on stage and in music videos. Selections include go-to’s like the Nike Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1, designer sneakers from Balenciaga and Louis Vuitton, and rising labels such as SCRY and Rombaut. Continue scrolling to see all of the shoes each member has worn so far.
