UPDATE (March 3, 2023): Kali Uchis has finally dropped her highly awaited new album, Red Moon in Venus.

The musician first announced the project nearly two months ago. Red Moon in Venus consists of 15 tracks, which include three features — Omar Apollo on “Worth the Wait,” Summer Walker on “Deserve Me” and Don Toliver on “Fantasy.”

Stream Red Moon in Venus below and stay tuned for Uchis’ next album, which she previously revealed drops sometime this year.

UPDATE (January 23, 2023): After revealing the name of her forthcoming album, Red Moon in Venus, Kali Uchis has announced the release date of the LP as well as an upcoming tour.

Uchis will be dropping the highly anticipated LP on March 3. Of the project, she said, “Love is the message. Red Moon In Venus is a timeless, burning expression of desire, heartbreak, faith and honesty, reflecting the divine femininity of the moon and Venus. The moon and Venus work together to make key aspects of love and domestic life work well. This body of work represents all levels of love — releasing people with love, drawing love into your life and self-love. It’s believed by many astrologers that the blood moon can send your emotions into a spin, and that’s what I felt represented this body of work best.”

Her tour kicks off in Austin, Texas, in April and will conclude in Phoenix, Arizona, at the end of May. Check out the last slide in the post below for all the tour dates.

ORIGINAL STORY (January 6, 2023): Kali Uchis is dropping not one but two albums this year. The singer took to Twitter to share the exciting announcement with fans.

She began by quote-tweeting a tweet from April 2022. At the time, she wrote, “My third album & the next are both finished, one is an English album one is a Spanish album ¿what my kuchis want first?” She recently added, “Dropping both in 2023.”

Uchis’ upcoming music has been in the works for a while. Last January, she had revealed she was close to finishing one of the LPs. “Just finishing my album and minding my business,” she tweeted back then. Soon after, she went on tour with Tyler, The Creator, whom she’s previously collaborated with.
