Eharmony's 'Dating Diaries' Reveals Current Sex Trends for Singles
How singles are elevating their sex lives in 2023.
eharmony releases its sex and dating trend report, the “Dating Diaries,” which reveals 10 sex trends singles are loving right now.
Previously titled “The Happiness Index,” eharmony’s trend report studies how consumers feel about their love lives. This quarter, the theme is work, relationships and expectations.
According to eharmony’s “Dating Diaries,” 2022’s sex recession may have come to an end with 36% of singles having more sex in 2023, than last year. Singles are also “up for experimenting in the bedroom,” with those in relationships having 31% less sex.
As for what singles are doing to elevate their sex lives, these are the latest trends:
Different sex positions: 65%
Oral sex: 60%
Sensual massages as intimacy: 58%
Dirty talk: 57%
Sex toys: 54%
Role-playing: 49%
Watching porn together: 44%
Introducing other people into their sex life: 20%
