Karol G Announces Release Date of Upcoming Album 'Mañana Será Bonito'
And unveils the album cover.
Karol G has taken to social media to finally reveal when she’s dropping her next album, Mañana Será Bonito. Additionally, she’s unveiled the artwork for the highly anticipated LP.
“This is my album cover. I present to you with all the love and pride that this chest holds. The truth is, I can’t believe I endured so long to reveal this date and that today I can finally tell you……… Family: MY ALBUMMMM DROPS IN 14 DAYAAAAAAAS,” she wrote on Instagram. I’m happpppppppppppy…. And counting the days. Pre-save link in bio. Mañana Será Bonito — February 24.”
The upcoming album consists of 17 tracks — four of which Karol has already released. The latest single she dropped was “X Si Volvemos,” a collab with Romeo Santos.
The phrase “mañana será bonito” translates to “tomorrow will be beautiful,” which is very fitting for her album title.
“This definitely represents a specific phase of my life,” she previously told Rolling Stone. “The name of the album is a phrase I kept repeating to myself when nothing felt great. I mean, I was going through the best moment of my career, but personally I was really disconnected from myself and from my friends. I wasn’t unhappy, but I wasn’t happy either. So every day I’d say to myself, ‘It’s okay, mañana será bonito — tomorrow will be beautiful.’”
